One-time payments, no subscription
Costume photos are made with credit packs bought with a one-time payment. Nothing renews and you are never charged again unless you buy another pack.
A failed photo costs nothing
If a costume photo fails to generate, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask, and a failed photo never costs you anything.
Credits stay valid for 365 days
Credits from a pack can be used for 365 days from the day you buy it. After that, unused credits expire and are not refunded or converted to cash.
Changed your mind? 30 days to ask
Within 30 days of buying a pack, you can ask for a full refund if you have not used any of its credits. The reference policy says the full payment is refunded and the pack credits are removed from your balance.
Other cases eligible for a refund
Refunds go back through Stripe and usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You paid but the order never started and could not be completed.
- A technical fault on the service provider’s side kept you from getting the photo you paid for.
How to ask for a refund
The reference policy asks customers to reply to the receipt email, or contact the service with the email address used to pay and the order link. It says support aims to answer within two business days.
Your files after a refund
Uploaded photos and costume photos follow the privacy policy. The reference policy states guest-order files are deleted after 7 days and account files after 365 days.
Purchase availability in this project
This project keeps purchases disabled. The policy content is reproduced as a reference page; this implementation does not accept payments or issue refunds.
